Keep Calm and Carry On

This lil’ piece of British government World War II propaganda is, by now, perhaps one of the most blogged / printed / parodied to death subjects:

Keep Calm and Carry On

I'm more famous than the monarchy!
That was, till Katie came along —

If only subsequent governments worldwide could replicate its (albeit belated) success on issues like public health care, disease prevention, etc — one can only dream.

Some time ago, I chanced upon this and now think it is very apt to describe the Baba’s outlook on life.

Keep Calm and Have a Guiness

Everybody needs a Guiness.
The Baba seems to think so...

As it’s been a while since I found this floating around on the WWW, I cannot — for the love of anything — remember where I got this from.
So if it belongs to you, or if you know who I should credit it to, please holler. 🙂

The NyonyaCelup on the other hand, is feeling a lil’ overwhelmed looking at her financial statements this month,
so she’s taking a cue from this:

Keep Calm for the Shopaholic

I'm going to blow this up
and keep it next to all my bills...

Image takes from Born Broken.

It’s Holy Thursday today.
If you’re Catholic, prepare for the Easter Tridium by staying back @ church today to spend some time with the Blessed Sacrament after Mass.
The hour has come.

Love, The NyonyaCelup
